We recognize that dietary choices greatly influence our health. Therefore, each day’s menu of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks are all designed with the responsibility of balancing daily allowances.

Our meals are never dense with carbohydrates or possess ANY processed foods; rather they are designed as homemade dishes with ample fruits and leafy green vegetables. Each daily menu can be metabolized within a moderate’s day activity.

We place care and safety as on all foods throughout the delivery, storage, production, packaging, and delivery process. At each of these phases our food is handled by a NYC Food Handlers certified employee.
